Locum Source is working with a hospital in New Hampshire that is looking for a permanent Emergency Medicine Physician for four shifts per month with 24/7 coverage (8 am - 8 am) including on call coverage. Enjoy your free time visiting historic landmarks, museums, hiking, and eccentric dining.

SCHEDULE:

24-hour shifts, 8a-8a, 4 shifts per month

No Call


SETTING:

Community Hospital
On average they have 8000 patients per year come through the ED, 14-40 pts/day, 10% transferred ti tertiary care

Clinical support/ancillary staff: 24/7 Hospitalist program, Hospital Coordinator nights and weekends, 25+ years seasoned nurses, 2 Rn at all times in ED, Tele ED, Tele Psych, Tele ICU and Tele Neur

REQUIREMENTS:

Active New Hampshire license

Emergency Medicine Board Certified

BLS (AHA)

ACLS (AHA)

PALS

Clean background with no actions

Must be comfortable driving in the snow

100 patients in the past 12 months


PROCEDURES:

Management of critical care, running codes, intubation, IV access, lacerations, splinting, reductions, emergency baby and newborn resuscitation
