- Group consists of 3 Pulmonary and Critical Care Physicians,
- The desire is to have a Department of 5. Support staff includes APRNs.
- Call Schedule 1:4 (current schedule – part-time physician is taking a weekend call)
- Income Guarantee, production bonus, and excellent fringe benefit package; physicians are eligible to become a shareholder of the medical group after first year
