24-hour behavioral health nursing care

Behavioral health diagnostic assessment andevaluation

Medication stabilization and management

Individual and group therapy

Patient and family education

Discharge planning and after care planning


Job Description / Details:

Primarily Geri Psych with some Adult Psych.

TN licensed.

New grads are encouraged to apply.

Experience working in community mental health required.

Will supervise Mid-Levels

12 beds Geri

10 beds Adult

Call rotation 1:3

Average rounding census: 8 adults / 10 Geri

Inpatient and Outpatient

Requirements -
Unrestricted TN license.
DEA license.
PMHNP only
BLS certification.
