- Rural hospital settings - severe trauma, stroke, heart will be transferred by ground or air to tertiary 45-1 hour away
- 34k annual patient volume
- 80-100 patients seen daily
- Open ICU
- Provider will be housed in hospital owned apartments
- Requirements
- Must be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine is preferred but will accept ATLS certified provider who is BC in FM
- Must be credentialed with Medicare and enrolled with PECOS as a provider
- Call

- Support Staff
- 1 physician and 2 mid-levels split the coverage
- Specialist back-up is available
