RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS

• 12 hour shifts
• No Call or Call Back
• Full time or PRN

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine by ABEM or ABOEM
• BLS, PALS, ACLS and NRP
• 2 years’ of experience within the last two years working as an Emergency Room Physician
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Texas
• Current DEA certificate or Controlled Drug Substance Number

William Beaumont Hospital

• El Paso, Texas
• Transitioning to a Level 2 Trauma Center
• Approximately 150 patients visit the hospital daily
• Urology, Cath Lab, Inpatient Psych, Orthopedic, Inpatient Residency and General Surgery Residency are onsite
• Pediatrics are transferred out
• 35 rooms, 2 trauma bays and fast track area
