Board Certified / Board Eligible­ in ­Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine.

ATLS, ACLS, PALS, and RTTD are Required (Grace Periods for Completion)

400 Hours Emergency Department Experience In Last 2 Years.
