Emergency Medicine Physician Job Coastal, MI OUTSTANDING opportunity with an established private emergency medicine trained team on beautiful coastal Michigan! This is a small, close-knit democratic group who will soon be adding a new member due to retirement. Practicing in an outdoor paradise along the lighthouse-dotted shores of Lake Huron, this team enjoys a strong bond with hospital leadership, the specialists and the community. With good coverage and excellent specialty back up including an onsite Hospitalist program, this practice is built for longevity which is reflected in their high retention rate. Shifts are generally 8 hours, scheduling is flexible and all of the partners share days, nights, weekends & holidays evenly regardless of seniority. Compensation is very strong for the region and includes quarterly bonuses, full benefits and a pension plan. In addition to all of this, what makes this possibility truly special is the location.
