Cross Country Locums is seeking a Locum Tenens (LT) ABEM Board Certified in Emergency Medicine Physician for an assignment in Northern AZ. Requirement: Physician must have a current unrestricted medical license (any state).
Board Certified, residency trained EM physician to work desired schedule 8A-8P or 8P-8A Single physician coverage. APC's work during the day. The annual ED volume is 25K. No loss of license or suspension of license. No lapse in practice greater than six ( 6 ) months. Need to commit to a minimum of five ( 5 ) shifts per month or more. Must have a valid , unrestricted DEA . Will need BLS, ACLS, ATLS and PALS. Comprehensive back up specialties - CT scan operates 8 - 12 hours a day, the remainder is on call. NO MRI. Nearest airports Flagstaff, Durango and Albuquerque. - 3 hour drive to the facility.
Current needs: January 4th-7th (4 nights), January 8th-11th (4 nights), February 4th-9th (6 nights) which can also be broken down to 3 night blocks (4th-6th) (7th-9th) if you'd prefer just three nights.
