Middlesboro is located near the Tennessee border about 90-minutes from Knoxville.
- EM locum need starting ASAP & on-going
- Approx 8-12 shifts per month
- 20,000 Annual volume
- Single physician coverage in 12 hr shifts (7a-7p, 7p-7a)
- Single mid-level coverage - 10-12 hrs of MLP coverage daily
- KY License and DEA required
- ACLS, PALS, ATLS and NIHSS required
- BC or BE in EM, FM, IM with ED experience
- Must be comfortable with intubations, central lines, chest tubes
- 300-hours ED experience in the last 2 years and have completed a residency
- Bridge orders for admits
- Specialty support: OB/GYN, ENT, pediatrics, orthopedics, IM, radiology, FP, pathology, surgery, opthamology, urology, pulmonology, hematology, excellent 24-hour nursing staff
- Helipad onsite
- EMR: McKesson
- Credentialing 3-6 weeks
