Envision Physician Services is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin.

Door County Medical Center is a small innovative hospital which is part of the Hospital Sisters Health System. A private, nonprofit hospital with 30 acute care inpatient beds, this hospital is committed to providing quality healthcare services. In August of 2010, the hospital opened a brand new wing consisting of a 10-bed ED, ICU, Birthing Center, and MED/SURG inpatient rooms.

Emergency Department:

  • 10,000 Annual Volume
  • Level IV Trauma Center
  • 10 ED beds, 2 trauma bays, and 1 decontamination room
  • Double coverage May through October (provided by APPs)
  • Pediatric, Internal Medicine, Urology, OB-GYN, General Surgery, Optometry, and Orthopedic Coverage
  • GlideScope & FAST Ultrasound
  • CT/US available 24/7
