Job Description
The primary focus of the Emergency Medicine Physician is to provide high quality care to all patients.
Details:
- Locum position
- Coverage needed starting September 2018
- Ongoing Assignment
- Average 21-24 patients per day
- 6-8 shifts per month
- 24hr shifts (8am-8am)
- 5,500 annual volume
- Level IV trauma center
- Newer hospital facility built in 2008
- Meals provided by hospital
- Sleep room available for naps or overnight shifts
- 25 hospital beds; 8 emergency beds
- EMR: Epic

Qualifications
- Experience in Emergency, Hospital, Family, or Internal Medicine
- ACLS required
- Will accept non-boarded providers with ER experience
- Familiarity with Hospitalist responsibilities
