- 181 bed, non-profit hospital overlooking the vineyards of Napa Valley
- 12 bed, high acuity ICU with advanced cardiac surgery; Impella, CRRT, VV ECHMO, IABP
- Hospital is a referral center for community hospitals located to the north
- 10-hour on-site shift with night call; 5-7 shifts per month
- On-site lodging provided via home overlooking vineyard & within walking distance to hospital
- Received “A” grade for hospital safety by Leapfrog Group in 2018
