World Class EM Group Seeks Emergency Department Physician to work at Fair Oaks and Fauquier Hospitals in a progressive culture that is committed to investing in your personal and professional development. We are seeking a proactive leader with strong communication skills. Candidates should be organized, self-confident, and able to solve challenging problems with out-of-the-box thinking.
The ideal candidate will be a decision-maker and collaborator with good common sense. A risk-taker willing to put in the time and effort to reap the benefits. A team player adept at building strong relationships. The perfect candidate will be a BC/BE residency trained ED MD/DO with a track record of clinical excellence. You will see an average of 2.2 patients per hour in a safe, effective and patient oriented manner. Experience with sono guided lines, teamwork with ED nursing staff, an understanding of how to improve ED patient experience and flow.
