Emergency Medicine Physician

About this role:

As an Emergency Medicine Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

  • The schedule is 12 12-hour in-house shifts per month. It includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • There are opportunities for Trauma Call coverage.
  • You will practice at Bear River Hospital in Tremonton, UT
  • This position includes up to $20,000 in relocation assistance

What you’ll bring:

  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
  • Preferred residency in Emergency Medicine
  • Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine with 5 years of Emergency Department experience
  • Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
  • Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis

Bear River Valley Hospital, located in Tremonton, was rebuilt an opened in 2009 it is a modern, 16-bed facility, staffed by 46 medical personnel and other employees. The facility services Tremonton and the surrounding area.
