We are currently working with Envision at the Los Alamitos Medical Center in California and they are seeking locum coverage for Emergency Medicine! Los Alamitos Medical Center
• Located in northwest Orange County, Los Alamitos is a peaceful, tree lined residential area that boasts a very energetic business community. The city maintains much of its original small-town image.
• Los Alamitos is conveniently located four miles from the Long Beach Airport, 19 miles from John Wayne/Orange County Airport, and 22 miles from Los Angeles International Airport.
Emergency Medicine
• ABEM/AOBEM only
• Start date of 8/1/22 & Ongoing
• 20 beds in ED Plus Fast Track Beds
• Annual volume of 34,000
• 36 hours of physician coverage daily
• 12 hours of NP coverage in Fast Track and PIT
• EMR: FirstNet Cerner
• Specialty backup: 24-hour Lab, Radiology, CT, MRI, STEMI-Receiving, Stroke-Receiving, Neuro-Interventional, Neuro-Surgery, ENT, & Urology
