Responsibilities

• Oversee one Legacy ER & Urgent Care location in the North DFW metro area as a Medical Director Leader.
• The Medical Director Leader is responsible for providing administrative medical direction and leadership for the Facility and for providing operational support designed to establish the Facility as a community standard for the highest quality of emergency and urgent care.
• Work shifts as a physician in combination with duties of Medical Director leader.
• Promote a patient-centered approach to decision-making, clinical practices, service operations, and changing community needs.
• Ensure patients and their family experience a customer-focused, friendly, reassuring, and open environment that encourages patient participation in health care decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Physician (MD or DO) that is EM residency trained or FP/IM with extensive ER experience.
• Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to bring out the best in others. Must be able to lead through influence and collaboration.

Excellent compensation package, earning potential up to $500,000 to $600,000 and includes base, shift pay & incentive-based performance bonus.
