Are you an experienced physician ready to take the lead as the Program Director for an established community hospital with an Emergency Department (ED) Residency Program? As the ED Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our ED Residency Program, working closely with the ED Chair, Inhospital Physicians, and Hospital Administration.

  • ED Facility: Manage a 45-bed Emergency Department in a Level 3 Trauma Unit that treats over 48,000 patients annually.

  • Residency Program: Oversee our Emergency Department residency program, mentoring and guiding 18 residents to excel in their medical careers.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience as a Residency Program Director or Associate Program Director
  • Academic Experience as a professor, etc considered as well.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with ACGME requirements.
  • The ability to lead and train the core faculty.
  • A commitment to ensuring that program goals and objectives are met.
