An emergency department is seeking an emergency medicine physician for locum tenens coverage.

The schedule is 13-15 shifts per month. Shift times include 7a-7p and 7p-7a. There is single MD coverage with 10 hours of APP coverage daily. Cases are ED only, with no rounding or admit duties. Any state license applies for this assignment. Must be BC/BE in EM, FM, or IM or ED experience for the last 5 years required. The EMR is Cerner. Travel, lodging, and malpractice are covered. Shifts will be blocked to maximize shifts worked per trip to AK.
