The facility is located in central Connecticut.
Site details:
4 Dermpaths on site
3 very tenured, max out time off
35 weeks/year where at least 1 is away
With their volume, they need additional support
Case Load:
Overall:
550-600 jars - total volume
150-200 per Dermpath
Providers:
4 other Dermatopathologists
Dates Needed: April - June (one day per week, maternity leave coverage)
