This is not a traditional pharma or specialty position and a business approach that is a radically different, re-imagining/re-inventing the way dermatology patients are treated. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for managing an assigned geography with established accounts while exploring and expanding new account business. Job responsibilities will include educating your providers and relevant staff about the unique private label Rx solutions that are offered and assuring pull through and supporting them through the IT platform that will help them manage the customization and the opportunity to change the way they conduct business for their patients.
Responsibilities:
· Build and adhere to an established sales plan to maximize performance
· Maintain and consistent communication with colleagues to improve the territory and meet corporate goals
· Achieve monthly Rx sales performance through customer sales presentations and deep medical/product knowledge
· Provide territory coverage through consistent targeting and follow up with identified prescribers
· Achieve high standards of professionalism and performance
· Bachelor’s degree required
· 2-5 years of successful buy and bill & tangible sales within dermatology/med-spa/plastic surgery specialties
· Demonstrated selling, organization, focus and determination skill sets
· Demonstrate strong leadership skills
· Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· Open to Travel
Compensation:
· Compensation is an aggressive hybrid combination of base salary & bonus (target compensation totaling $220K), benefits, car & expense allowances
