An esteemed Hospital in Longview, WA is looking for a best in class Locums MD for a Dermatology assignment. Quick Facts: Specialty(s): Dermatology ; Facility Type: Hospital; Location: Longview, WA. Job Description: Reason for Coverage: Maternity leave coverage Other agencies working and for how long: no Coverage Dates (Long-term only): 1/15/20 target start for 3 months Shift Schedule: 8a-5p weekdays; Schedule will be flexible 3-4 days per week; see Misc. details below Call Schedule/Responsibilities: none Type of Patients/Cases: Adult Patients per Day/Volume: 25 Certifications/Qualifications required (to include specific board): BLS Board Eligible or Board Certified: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible EMR: EPIC Support Staff: will have APP support and other MDs Credentialing Time frame: 45-60 days Will license while credentialing (Yes or No): No IMLC State: Yes Housing/Travel Accommodations (what is allowable & any budgets): Full travel and lodging available Trauma Level: n/a NICU Level (only for OB/HOSP): n/a Miscellaneous Information: Site is bringing on a relief provider directly for 1 day per week, and that day is still TBD.
