- Create your own schedule – full time, part-time, ‘half days’, extended hours, etc.
- Staff fully supportive of recruitment - 4 Physicians, 8 NPs/Pas, 4 estheticians, 7 RNs, etc.
- Focus on general dermatology and cosmetics, but can also utilize sub-specialty training
