Practice Overview:

• Employed by 99 bed community hospital providing care to 12 counties
• Not for profit facility employs 68 Physicians in 35 areas of medicine
• Average retention across all specialties over 9 years
• Join 1 Dermatologist and 2 Physician Assistants
• Primarily clinic based with a fair amount of Skin Cancer Surgery
• Cosmetic exposure available
• 1:3 Call

Compensation Overview:

• Guaranteed median salary plus WRVU incentives
• Current providers demonstrate income of 600K plus
• Up to 100K in student loan assistance
• Residency stipends
• Sign on and relocation up to $50,000
• 5 Days CME with $4,000 allowance
• Comprehensive benefits
• Retirement: 3 percent employer contribution plus additional 50 percent match up to 8 percent
