Exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Dermatologist who wants a good work-life balance. Full-time and permanent position.
Private practice in Phoenix, Arizona is hiring a BC/BE general/medical dermatologist. Cosmetic derm and general procedures are encouraged, but all Mohs cases will be referred to current mohs surgeon. Schedule is 4 days per week. Hired dermatologist will work out of the practice's second location in northwest Phoenix and will be the second dermatologist within the group. Physician will work with a team of managers, marketers, MAs, and Physicians Assistants. An existing and strong referral base, allows new doctors to see patients on day one.
Offering a base salary of $425K with 50% of collections beyond threshold (2x Salary). This is an employed position with benefits including 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, and more.
