In Memphis, TN, one of the largest metro areas in the Southeastern U.S., we have a practice specializing in Medical Dermatology that is looking to grow by adding a well-trained BC/BE Dermatologist to step into a leadership position and guide the practice’s direction. This office sits among in the suburbs outside the city that is known for it’s musical and artistic venues, it’s historic districts, Mississippi River views and memorials to cultural legends like Elvis Presley and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
The Practice and Position:
This a fantastic leadership opportunity to come into a practice with an established patient base and help direct the practice with new innovations and direction while at the same time becoming a part of a network of some of the top dermatologists in the industry (since the company is known for it's selectivity of Dermatologist and MOHS Surgeons to partner with)--many of whom have served or are in leadership positions in National Dermatology Association
They are committed to providing the highest level of patient-centric medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology services.
Encourages open dialogue and input from their current providers to work together to provide the highest quality patient care.
This dermatologist has the opportunity to hit the ground running and oversee the practice. In this role, he/she will have the autonomy to help grow the practice and expand the services offered, grow the clinic as needed and create a new patient following on top of benefiting from the patient referrals already established.
Board Certified/Board Eligible
Must have TN Practicing License
Doctor of Dermatology
Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university program
Can work well with a professional team of other physicians and staff and deliver superior patient care at all times to ensure a positive patient experience and outcome
Employee Package Highlights:
Guaranteed base salary for first year ($400-500k/year dependent on production) plus bonus based on production
