We are not accepting Visa Candidates - reference: HJ-15-120
Texas licensed Dermatologist needed for group of clinics in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area catering to aesthetic and general clinical dermatology. Candidate must be B/E or B/C by ABD or AOBD and must possess outstanding clinical skills and experience and must have clean record. Typical office hours –Monday - Friday / 8 hrs. per day. Expect to see 30+ patients per day.
Practice is a startup and well-supported with multiple investors. Candidate will have opportunity to lead and direct the clinical aspects within the practice / office. Physician will be involved in direct patient care, oversee multiple PA’s, and serve as medical director of up to four facilities. Physician must be willing to engage the medical community and network with colleagues as appropriate. The ideal candidate will be consumer facing to the brand of the practice.
Patient focused, clinically excellent practice. Team oriented / highly collaborative environment. This practice is being lead by a healthcare executive with multi-site/ multi-state experience. The strategic plan for the practice is high-growth and to be located in a retail setting whereby it is convenient to patients. This position will serve as the initial clinical arm of the practice with the ability to grow as the practice expands.  As the first physician to the practice, this individual well help to pioneer and strategically define and implement the service lines for patients. Â
Clinical support is provided by dermatology support organization. They provide services such as billing/collections, contracting / credentialing, finance, HR, IT, marketing, procurement, recruiting, risk management, and successional planning.Â

Requirements: Must be BE / BC by ABD or AOBD. Must have a current & unrestricted DEA & TX Medical License. Must have experience in general and aesthetic dermatological medicine. Must be comfortable in supervising RN, NP/PA, and other allied medical personnel. Good beside manner. Comfortable with designing plans and protocols for the other clinicians to follow. Multi-location experience is preferred.
