- Loan repayment after year 5
- Opportunity to build the practice in your own way; only dermatologist on staff
- 4- or 5-day work week
- Shared call; 2 - 3 weeks each year; 1 week on Monday through Sunday
- Includes medical, retirement, life insurance, malpractice coverage, and 3 days/$3k stipend for CME
- Comes with 20 days of vacation/holidays; 1 additional flex day after first year
