DETAILS

  • The physician will join a group of critical care physicians of variable backgrounds (pulmonary, internal medicine and nephrology).
  • If the applicant is dual-boarded in pulmonary and critical care medicine, there is availability to do outpatient pulmonary clinic. The hospital also has navigational bronchoscopy and EBUS.

CRITICAL CARE

  • Average Daily Encounters: 22
  • Staffing model: 3 physicians and 4 APPs
  • The team includes advanced care practitioners with substantiative experience managing ICU patients and performing procedures
  • The critical care unit is a mixed medical surgical unit supporting a growing cardiovascular surgery program and neurology program
