Locum Source is currently working with a facility in Michigan that is looking for a Cardiologist to provide coverage ASAP through August.
DATES:
ASAP – until perm is hired
SCHEDULE:
7 day stretch
Monday – Sunday every other week
Mon – Thursday - 6am call to 6pm call, 8hrs on-site inpatient work each day starting 7am
Friday -6am call until Mon 6am call, 8hrs on-site inpatient work starting at 7am each day - No procedures (provider will be expected to round on the weekends)
8 hours on-site inpatient work/coverage beginning at 7am ever day of the week including the weekends
SETTING:
378 bed nonprofit hospital
General Cardiology Inpatient coverage
EMR is Cerner
REQUIREMENTS:
Board Certified
Active Michigan license or IMLC Certified
Must be able to read ECHOs and Stress Test
BLS
COVID Vaccinated
The great thing about Michigan is that they participated in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact. If qualified, you could obtain a Michigan license in a matter of a few weeks.
