Details, Responsibilities, & Shifts:

• Weekday shifts
• 9a – 4p
• 8-10 hours per week
• Can be flexible based on MD availability
• Would like one full day or two half days on site
• Telemedicine can be part of but not all of weekly hours
• Outpatient appointments
• EKG reads about one hour per week
• Caseload is mainly adults, average 5 patients in 2 hour

Compensation:

• Competitive pay rate
• Provided – Malpractice insurance, plus tail

Requirements:

• NY license
• DEA with NY address
• Board certified preferred but board eligible accepted
