Provider Requirements:

• Must be board certified in cardiology
• Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment preferred

Facility/Job Details:

• Full Support staff- MOA's, Nurse, PA, and Interventional Cardiologist
• Ages – Primarily 40 and up
• EMR – EPIC
• EKG, ECHO, Stress and Nuclear
