We are seeking an experience Cardiology Administrator for our Cardiology Department. The new Leader the will be dedicated to our mission by overseeing daily operations of cardiology department goals, and customer service.
• Oversee staff operations including personnel administration and medical assistants
• Builds strong positive communication with providers and support staff, and works as a team to enhance the success of the practice
• Participates with strategic planning in line with the overall organizational strategic plan
• Recognize and participates in developing programs, policies and proposals to support overall clinic goals and objectives including contract development
• Supervise and evaluate staff
• Completes performance evaluation
• Develop, monitor and administer revenue-generating activities, including volume, clinical programs and business development achieving positive bottom line results
• Maintain open communication and positive working relationships with physicians and managerial staff to understand the issues and needs of the organization and the individuals within it
• Makes recommendations to staffing needs

The successful candidates will have the following qualifications/experience:
• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration preferred)
• 2 years of experience in healthcare management role
• 4+years of experience and have exceptional physician office management
• Great interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail TRAVEL Travel is required for clinical site visits
