Join this nationally recognized integrated health care delivery system comprised of 350 sites of care, including five hospitals and premier 202 bed heart hospital.
Highlights:
* Lead an established multidisciplinary team and assume clinical duties in all aspects of heart failure ECMO and ventricular assist devices in both inpatient and outpatient clinical setting.
* 25% Administrative / 75% Clinical
* Comprehensive heart and vascular services including strong EP and dedicated structural heart programs (5th largest TAVR program in the country).
* System wide responsibility for Heart Failure initiatives - including but not limited to, reduction in length of stay, observed to expected mortality, 30-day readmissions, adherence to core measures and other publicly reported data, optimized transitions of care.
* Level 1 trauma center with collegial work environments among staff in the OR, Cath Labs, Imaging, Radiology and Emergency Medicine departments.
* Academic fellowship teaching appointment and clinical research involvement.

* Board certified in Cardiovascular Medicine, and Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology
