Top Midwest Health System and regional cardiac leader is seeking a BC/BE Electrophysiologist to join their esteemed team in Des Moines, Iowa.
Practice Details
* Join a collegial team of 15 Board-Certified Cardiologists with full Advanced Practice Provider support
* Be busy from day one, inheriting an established panel of a recently departed provider
* Must be skilled in all aspects of EP procedures with any special interests welcomed
* Expansive referral network of primary care and subspecialty providers
* Flexible schedule with organizational priority on quality work/life balance
Compensation Details
* Two-year 90th percentile starting salary guarantee with generous RVU incentive bonus
* Comprehensive benefits package including sign-on bonus, CME allowance, 401K/457B, medical benefits, and more
* Unmatched PTO package includes 8 weeks of vacation plus paid holidays and unlimited sick days
