Opportunity

• BE/BC Internal Medicine with an emphasis on interpreting cardiology tests and results
• Patient Load: 15-25 (Average is 18)
• Medical Center hours are 8:30 – 5 M-F (flexible)
• Option to add additional Saturday hours
• Compensation range of $300,000 guaranteed years 1 and 2
• Sign on Bonus of $50,000 amortized over five years

• Hospital employed position. Will sponsor a J1 or H1B Visa

Location

• The new physician will serve an area of 25K all within a 30-minute proximity
• The Hospital is Critical Access with 25 Beds with an assisted living facility on its campus
• Located 50 miles northeast of Madison and approximately two hours from the greater Milwaukee area. La Crosse is approximately 75 miles northwest.
