A wonderful locum tenens neurology opportunity is now available in New Mexico. The facility needs a provider to work weekdays from 8 am - 5 pm on weekdays for two weeks per month. The locum tenens physician will see approximately 8 - 12 patients per day, and will do consultations, ECHO, and EKG reading, plus potential half-day clinic coverage. This facility makes use of the Cerner EMR system. Candidates should be board certified, but board eligible physicians are welcome. You will need to have ACLS and BLS certifications. Weatherby will help with all hospital privileging paperwork. This facility is willing to license qualified out-of-state physicians.
