Seeking Nurse Practitioners - Metro St. Louis
A rapidly growing medical practice is seeking nurse practitioners to join their post-acute practice in the greater St. Louis metro area. Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with some flexibility. A competitive base salary plus productivity bonus and an attractive benefits package is being extended.
Responsibilities include:
• Effectively manage acute and chronic conditions by developing and overseeing high quality, cost-effective treatment plans for patients, including ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and prescribing medications and other treatments as appropriate
• Provides patient/family education and counseling
• Works closely with collaborating physicians and other colleagues
• Provides clinical leadership and education to nursing and other staff
• Documents all medical evaluations, diagnoses, procedures, treatment, outcomes, education, referrals and consultations
• Share in taking call with other providers
Qualifications:
• Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licensure in Missouri or ability to obtain one
• National Board Certification strongly preferred
• 2+ years experience preferred
• Collaborative practice style and ability to work harmoniously with others
