Practice Both Cardiology & Primary Care (50/50) in New York City, New York!

A practice in New York City is hiring a BC Cardiologist for a full-time, permanent, and employed position. Physician must be BC in both Primary Care (IM or FM) and General Cardiology as his/her practice will consist of 50% primary care patients and 50% cardiology patients. This practice is in the process of acquiring several additional locations throughout the NYC area (Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, Long Island, etc.) and the new physician will establish his/her practice with new patients. Each location will have one (1) doctor and a full staff (without mid-levels). Practice utilizes EMR: Cerner. Enjoy no call (other than cell phone availability) and no hospital work in this office-based practice. Monday-Friday schedule and weekend hours are optional.

Compensation: Heavily believe in incentive-based earning. Base salary provided and 10% of all the doctor’s cash receipts - which can generally bring salary to over $300k annually (monthly cash receipts average $100k-$125k). Percentage of cash receipts will increase if physician meets all the satisfaction parameters. Opportunity to benefit from profit sharing. Benefits: Malpractice insurance provided, health care insurance (physician only - may upgrade to family for additional cost), workers comp, 3 weeks of vacation the first year.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidates MUST be board certified in BOTH Primary Care (IM or FM) + Cardiology.
  • No visa support.
  • Candidates with an active, New York state medical license preferred. If not NY license, must be able to obtain one.
