• Increase in primary care referrals and community assessments have lead to the need to hire additional Cardiologists
• This is 100% outpatient cardiology, no hospital work, admitted patients referred to hospital affiliate
• Clinical responsibilities include bread and butter cardiology although physicians with specialized training will be considered
• Phone on-call schedule will vary based on the location
• Office hours are generally M-F, 8a-4p, 9a-5pm, no evenings or weekends required
• Special interests in population health, integrated care model would be strongly considered
