Locum Source is working with a facility to cover a few weeks over the next few months in Arizona!
Shift Details:
• Monday - Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm for Stemi and Caths

Work Details:
• Support Staff: 1-2
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time
• Patients per day: 12-18 patients per day
• Patient Population/Age: 55+
• Department Description: Provide cardiac health management in a hospital and outpatient setting. Diagnose and treat diseases and conditions of the heart and cardiovascular system
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Bed size: 99
• Special Procedures//Unit alone cath lab no OR backup
• Skills Required: Friendly, able to adapt to a moving environment

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Interventional Cardiology
• License Required: AZ License
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: No
• Certifications Preferred: BLS, ACLS
• Certifications Required: BC in Interventional Cardiology
• Minimum Experience Required: 3 years
