A hospital is seeking a cardiologist for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in southern Pennsylvania.
The schedule is 7on/7off, Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. There will be weekend and weeknight call from 5:00 pm - 8:00am. The support staff consists of 5 APs, a seasoned practice manager, and an office manager. This is a 100% consultative practice and all admissions are handled by a collegial hospitalist team. A BC in cardiovascular medicine with 3 - 5 years of experience is preferred and an active Pennsylvania license is required. The clinician should preferably be able to read ECHOs, stress tests, nuclear, and TEEs. An active Pennsylvania license is required. Credentialing takes up to 90 days. The clinician will be joining a team of 7 non-invasive cardiologists of all cardiac subspecialties.

Call Ratio/Schedule: weekend call 1:6
Case Load/PPD: 10-15 NEW CONSULTS PER DAY AND 20-30 TOTAL PATIENTS
