- Coverage Needed:
- August 1, 2021 - Ongoing
- 6 month assignment
- Preferred to work 7on/7off
- Monday - Friday, 8-5
- Weeknight Call is 5pm-8am
- Weekend Call 1:6
- Clinical Information:
- 10-15 new consults per day
- 20-30 total patients
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: 5 advanced practice clinicians, seasoned practice manager and office manager within a 100% consultative practice. All admissions are handled by a collegial hospitalist team
- Required:
- Board Certified in cardiovascular medicine with 3-5 years of experience
- Preferred to read ECHOs, stress, Nuclear, and Tee's
- Active PA License
- Must have COVID vaccine administered by start date
- 2021/2022 Flu Vaccine
- This facility does not employ nicotine users and provider will be required to complete a drug and nicotine test 2 weeks prior to starting
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
