Job Description

Last Update: 11/15/21

Premier 5 physician cardiology practice on beautiful Cape Cod is seeking a 6th BC/BE noninvasive cardiologist.

We have been in practice for over 35 years with a reputation for excellence and superior care. Our physicians have trained at world-class institutions such as Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston University Medical Center, Emory University, St. Elizabeths Medical Center, Maine Medical Center and the Cleveland Clinic.

We are seeking a noninvasive cardiologist with excellent clinical skills in general cardiology, nuclear stress testing, and echocardiography and TEE. Experience with pacemakers preferred but not crucial. Excellent salary, benefits, and productivity bonus. Call is 1 in 7.

We admit to one hospital doing both inpatient and outpatient care, and have essentially no competing practices in our area. The system is committed to world class care and has been consistently voted 1 of the top 100 hospitals in the US. We have excellent support from a well-established Hospitalist program and practice primarily as a consultative service in the hospital.

Quality of Care

We consistently win awards for our quality of care and innovation. But here’s what our doctors like most about working with us:

  • Our attention to work-life balance
  • Our diversity of patients; from fishermen to CEOs, from newborns to elders
  • Our low turnover
  • Our passion for innovation and new technology
  • Our encouragement of system-wide teamwork and collaboration
  • Our partnerships with organizations such as Brigham and Women’s Hospital and UMass Medical School and Tufts Floating Hospital for Children
  • Our supportive administration and leadership.

Quality of Life

Winter, summer, spring or fall, we love Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts. Here’s what our doctors like about living and working on Cape Cod:

  • Our short commute from work to home to beach, or wherever our off-hours take us
  • Our diverse community within 15 towns, comprised of people from all over the world
  • Our access to the beauty and activities of places like the Cape Cod National Seashore
  • Our quality schools that include public, private and parochial options, as well as higher education
  • Our arts and entertainment offerings that range from the Cape Cod Symphony to country, from improv to regional theater, from pop-up art shows to world-class museums
  • Our hundreds of restaurants
  • Our proximity to cities like Boston, Providence and New York.
