Tenet Healthcare & Walker Baptist Medical Center are looking for an experienced and skilled Invasive Cardiologist to join us at our 267 bed acute care facility in Jasper, Alabama. Located just 35 minutes from metro Birmingham, our hospital has over 600 employees and offers a comprehensive range of clinical services including orthopedics, general surgery, obstetrics/gynecology, emergency services, and specialized medical and surgical services. Walker Baptist Medical Center received a Five Star rating for spinal surgery, total knee replacement, as well as COPD treatment.

Our invasive cardiology opening is for someone who is board certified (or board eligible) and has a full active AL medical license. The scope of the position includes general cardiology as well as left and right heart caths with the option to expand into other invasive procedures. Standard Monday - Friday daytime work hours. Call will be rotated among members in the group. Mixture of inpatient & outpatient with consults being done on campus at Walker.
