- 24 hour call coverage
- Friday - Sunday
- Saturday - this provider will be the only cardiologist covering general invasive and interventional cardiology.
- Clinical Information:
- Average patient volume: 3
- Strictly call coverage support for general, interventional cardiology and STEMI at the facility
- No practice obligations
- EMR:

- Board Certified or Eligible
- Active Utah license
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
