We pay comparable salaries, provide outstanding benefits, and foster an environment of respect for everyone that works here.

Our long-term strategic goal of closing the rural healthcare gap through investment in facilities, technology, partnerships, and people, is coming to fruition. We have an on-site Family Practice physician residency, and OHSU Campus for Rural Health. Also, the OHSU nursing program in Klamath Falls is on the Oregon Tech campus across the street. All combine to provide a giant step forward for rural medicine.

We are deeply committed to improving the health of the community through an intentional series of programs like Blue Zones, a community-focused wellness initiative, and the Sky Lakes Wellness Center working with the community to lead a healthier lifestyle one person at a time.

At 4,200 feet above sea level, it offers four seasons, mild climate, affordable housing, arts and theater and is home to Oregon Institute of Technology. The community is easily navigable, with brief commutes. To travel farther afield there is an International Airport in Medford, OR, about an hour's drive away.

Recreational activities abound in the outdoors. World-class fishing, hunting, mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, white water rafting, ATVing, skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, etc., are all available and frequent hobbies of the community residents.
