Growing community with 2 hospitals seeks an interventional cardiologist for the team.

The practice has four cardiologists and three advanced practitioners with 13 exam rooms, ultrasound, echo and stress tests -- nuclear and chemical. There are two cath labs that perform more than 600 diagnostic caths and 200+ therapeutic caths annually, plus some peripheral cases and pacemaker implants. We have six RCIS-certified technicians. Back-up, EP and cardio-thoracic services with Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Interventional cardiology call is 1:3 and general, medical cardiology call is 1:5. ICU coverage by hospitalists and critical care physicians; full specialty support and diagnostics are on-site.
