Community: D1 University College town. Safe town, perfect to raise a family. Short drive to Pittsburgh, DC, & Baltimore. Endless outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, skiing, white water rafting etc. Excellent sports programs, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife.
