Cotton-O'Neil Heart Center is seeking a BC/BE fellowship trained Electrophysiologist. This dynamic candidate must be able to perform complex ablations including afib and ventricular tachycardia ablations. Left Atrial Appendage closure training/experience is desired. Join a well-balanced service line with a welcoming environment from colleagues and dedicated support staff including advanced practice providers. Stormont Vail Regional Medical Center is a 586-bed referral center with 500 providers recognized by U.S News and World Report as a Best Regional Hospital for Heart Failure, Pulmonology, COPD, Hip and Knee Replacement along with being a three-time Magnet designated hospital. In 2014, Stormont Vail Health became a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network.

The Cotton O’Neil Heart Center and Clinic is located in Topeka, KS, and includes eleven general cardiologists, five interventional cardiologists, three electrophysiologists and one pediatric cardiologist. Facilities include two EP labs with CARTO mapping systems, a hybrid OR and two cardiothoracic surgeons and the second largest device clinic in the region. This is a 95% electrophysiology position with only general cardiology being call coverage. A typical month includes six days of clinic and nine days in the electrophysiology laboratory.

Comprehensive Financial and Benefits Package: This is an employed position and will include first year income guarantee, fifty-five days of vacation, two-year track to shareholder and sixty days of vacation a year once a shareholder.
