Practice Overview:

• Our new associate will join 5 other bariatricians who enjoy no-call responsibilities as well as the benefits of working for the area’s largest employer
• Team includes several Registered Dietitians, Behavioral Health Specialists, and Patient Navigators
• Metabolic testing performed on-site
• BMI scales located in every exam room
• 8 Programs and 6 Group Topic Sessions available for patients including, but not limited to:
  • Maximize Your Metabolism
  • Lifestyle Balance
  • Medical Weight Loss
  • Weight Loss Surgery
  • Introduction to FItness
  • Nutrition 101
  • Decoding Nutrition Labels
  • Embracing Change
• Opportunity to teach fellows/residents/medical students
• Eligibility for faculty appointment at the University of South Florida, LVHN’s academic affiliate

Job Qualifications:

• A network champion for Obesity Medicine and a passion for the clinical work
• Must be Board certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, as well as Obesity Medicine
• A current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
